Maura joined our team after graduating from a local high school in 2024. She started out by shadowing and volunteering at our hospital, where her dedication and compassion for animals quickly stood out. Maura’s goal is to further her education by attending veterinary technician school, and she is excited about building a career that allows her to help animals live healthier, happier lives. She especially enjoys learning hands-on skills at the hospital and supporting the veterinary team during treatments and procedures. Outside of work, Maura enjoys spending her free time reading and practicing photography. At home, she cares for her rabbit, Charlie, who keeps her entertained with his playful personality. She also loves visiting local aquariums, where she could spend hours watching her favorite animal—the otters.
